I was impressed with Matthew as soon as he walked onto my property. He gathered some information for comparable’s prior to coming and presented everything in a hardcover binder. This was a really nice professional touch. Matt is extremely professional, but yet keeps the relationship light always making time for a good laugh. In todays tough market, he always made time for questions and was always very responsive. During some hick-ups from the buyers of my property, he provided sound advice, allowing for the very best negotiation in my best interest.
